  • 1 (8 oz) package Colby cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (6 oz) container French-fried onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture:
    In a large bowl, combine the frozen tater tots, reduced-fat cream of chicken soup, low-fat sour cream, shredded low-fat cheddar cheese, and black pepper. (Tip: Keep the tater tots frozen to help them maintain their shape.)

  2. Assemble the Casserole:
